FIGHT YOUR TRAFFIC TICKET?
Speeding Fines
Why you need to fight Speeding Tickets
For many traffic tickets, it’s tempting to just pay the fine instead of going through the hassle of fighting the ticket.
Speeding Convictions Cost More than You Think – For speeding offences, the potential cost to you is much higher than the fine on the ticket. From the damage to your driving record due to demerit points, to the financial burden of higher vehicle insurance rates for at least three years, the real costs start if you plead guilty and pay the ticket.

Where the wrong fine has been used, the court may consider the mistake a fatal error and cancel, dismiss or quashed the ticket. For traffic tickets in Construction Zones or Community Safety Zones the officer may double the fine.
